    If I need a pick me up and want to remember good times of old, ( the 1970’s) I put my CD in and play Lynard Skynyards “Freebird” That whole Decade was a blur but-I still remember you. Hope to see y’all there at the Reunion. John

    Greetings CHS Class of ’71!

    I am looking forward to renewing acquaintances with all of you and reliving some of the silliness and seriousness of our youth.     My brother recently returned to me letters I had written him back in the 60’s-70’s which brought back a lot of memories. In one I was telling him about Mrs. Cartmel’s English class and how Steve Hughey had captured a fly and made a little leash for it with a hair from Judy Mace’s head. Our class did have incredible talents! Looking forward to seeing everyone.

    THANK YOU to all the organizers of the June 9 reunion. You put all the pieces together — the right place, the right music, the right food and of course the right people! I had a great time. I hope the Fynal Episode will be booked again for our next reunion.
